Experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper/para professional needed to work 30+ hrs for a CPA firm in Williston. Candidate must be detail oriented, punctual, dedicated, accurate and efficient, a self-starter, and responsible. Must also possess a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple projects. Salary is based on experience and skill set.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Quickbooks Data Entry, Payroll Preparation and reporting, Bank Recs and Financial Statements. Responsible for filing payroll and sales taxes reports and communicating with clients. Need Organization, Confidentiality, Attention to Detail, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills. Perform office and bookkeeping duties accurately and efficiently with reasonable supervision. Ability to learn new skills quickly while following office practices and procedures. Individual and Corp tax experience a big plus. Immediate opening.
